I don't know what I'd do without Nick and this camp! He is motivating and upbeat with just the right amount of "push" to keep you going. He takes a personal interest in each camper and helps with diet, other exercise, fitness events, etc. It's like having a personal trainer without doing the same old thing. Every camp has new exercises, circuits, and ways to challenge. They are always mixing things up and looking to new ideas. The BEST part? It truly does NOT matter what your fitness level is. The camp is run in such a way that it really does work for everyone!

If you are reading this review, you must be considering doing this camp. Just do it!!! I have lost 47 lbs and completely changed my body. I love this style of workout because it is not only women, new workouts everyday and fun. Never boring and I love being outside. No more smelly, germy gyms for me.

Nick does a great job of understanding how to sculpt a woman's body. For example, to help our waist appear smaller, he has great shoulder exercises. I have such sculpted arms now and I used to hate and hide my arms.

What is amazing is that this style of workout can be done by anyone at any fitness level. Beginners and more advanced campers do the same workout together - just different intensities.

After years of fighting exercise, I am so grateful to have found Nick's camp. Thanks Nick!!!!

Last fall I was looking for a new activity to add to my exercise plan. I'd lost 75lbs at the time and ready to try something new. I found BootCamp for Students and fell in love. After 8 weeks in boot camp family and friends really noticed a difference. I've now lost 110lbs and I credit a lot to the boot camp workouts.

Don't be scared off by the word "boot camp" there's no drill Sargent yelling give me 20 at you. I describe it as an hour of high intensity gym class for adults. He gets your heart pumping and your body moving for 60 minutes.

Nick is very patient and encouraging even if you've never done boot camp you can go at your own pace, however if you workout regularly you'll find it a little easier at first.

I highly recommend BootCamp for Students. I completed 3 sessions and loved it. It is challenging, but Nick works with everyone to make sure you work at the level that is right for you. The ladies in the camp were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. he work outs are fantastic and really work to get you in shape.
