This site designed to facility the interaction between two main customers, those who are looking to rent out their tools (renter) and those who are looking to rent tools (rentee) from another consumer rather than a business; mainly for cost savings. This site also support a “rent to buy” option where the rentee can ultimately purchase the tool from the renter.
Using the site’s functionality, the renter would use the site to establish a profile where they manage a list of tools they are looking to rent out, as well as maintain their interactions with the rentees including billing, return, etc. The rentee would use the site to locate tools for rent in their geographic region and then establish a relationship with the renter via the site, allowing them to reserve the tool for rent, make payments, etc.
This site supporting a service model as the company itself will not be renting any tools directly to consumers. Rather, our business will acquire revenue through taking a percentage of the renter’s rental or sale of an item to a rentee.
