DELIVERABLE A: Team Organization Statement

The following members of the red team will be corresponding via a Google Discussion group at
http://groups.google.com/group/depaulredteam . Work for each deliverable and task will be assigned in a timely manner prior to the due date, so that all deliverable materials can be reviewed by all members by Tuesday of the week due. When necessary, any team member may request that materials be completed earlier so that sufficient time is provided to review the materials prior to submission. The team recognizes that most members work full time and may occcasionally have work or other commitments that have to take precedence over class work. In these circumstances, the team member with outside commitments must communicate the need for reassigning his/her responsibilities well in advance of due dates. However, reassignment should be the rare exception and not the rule. A team member who does not contribute to project deliverables in a constructive manner or appears unresponsive to team communications may be released from the group.
