Team history and goals

The NBA has been always full of excitment and it has been recently announced that there will be a new NBA team established right here in our amazing city Las Vegas. The team's owner Mike Tyson who lives in Vegas decided he wanted to make Las Vegas a more athletic team and bought the Sacramento Kings. He is gathering players from all around the league to come play for the team. If you don't know about Mike Tyson, he is a retired American professional boxer. Tyson is a former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles at 20 years, 4 months, and 22 days old. Tyson won his first 19 professional bouts by knockout, 12 of them in the first round. He won the WBC title in 1986 after defeating Trevor Berbick by a TKO in the second round. In 1987, Tyson added the WBA and IBF titles after defeating James Smith and Tony Tucker. He was the first heavyweight boxer to simultaneously hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles, and the only heavyweight to successively unify them. He then decided to focus on basketball since he loved the game so much, and since he had a lot of money, he decided to buy an NBA team. The Sacramento Kings were doing poorly in the NBA season and the fans were not interested to go to games as they used to. The players that will be joining this team are among the best in the NBA Many of them have won various championships and they unite together to win more and more as these players try to earn a spot in the Hall Of Fame, where every player wishes his career would end up. Kobe Bryant who has 5 rings, he will be looking for his sixth, Lebron James just won a ring a year ago and he wants to unite with the best to win more, as he is the best player in the NBA currently. Dwight Howard who was traded from the Magic last year to the Lakers decided that he will be a free agent and join the Las Vegas Lions with his team mate Kobe Bryant. Our fan base is the most important factor in this organization, as everyone knows Las Vegas does not have a professional basketball team, and it is the place where tourists visit a lot, so we will be excited to see our fans everyday during games and our players will do their best to win championships and keep our fans happy.
