- Conduct member account audits involving checking paper and computer files, consolidate the data with past policies, discussion of the situation with other employees, and recommend solution to the problem.
- Weekly verification of contracts and substantiating documentation submitted by the managerial staff for accuracy and to insure no unresolved problems.
- Designed, developed, and managed various projects proven to increase efficiencies, streamline processes including but not limited to:
- Speed of which member conflicts are resolved
- Digitized a substantial portion of member documents to give managers a better handle on issues

- Took the initiative with additional responsibilities, ultimately to help the club proactively deal with issues.
- Closer integration with department heads and better awareness of policies to streamline member experience.
- Took over support of computer network and its associated computers and software.
Results: In developing a unique approach to management, improved the quality of staff relations as well as raised the bar for customer service expectations, which resulted increased customer satisfaction.
