Successful Project: Worked alongside upper management to identify software deficiencies and spearheaded the upgrade by applying all membership classes, policies, and protocols into the new software framework.
Successful Project: Drafting and implementation of a number of new membership options to stimulate new sales and assist the sales force in meeting the needs of the member.
